DRFC Peterborough v Doncaster Team News

Doncaster Rovers boss Dean Saunders has reported no fresh injury worries after the draw in midweek with Hull City.

New signing Pascal Chimbonda will be added to the squad, as Rovers aim to make it three games unbeaten.

Billy Sharp will be pushing for a start after coming through his second game in four days when he played 40 minutes against Hull.

Ryan Mason will be hoping to be in the squad after playing 90 minutes of a behind closed doors friendly against Chesterfield in midweek.

Mason hasn`t played since the Carling Cup clash with Tranmere Rovers in the second game of the season after suffering an ankle ligament injury.

Milan Lalkovic scored twice in the midweek friendly and will also be pushing for a starting place.

Adam Lockwood, Martin Woods, James Chambers, Paul Keegan and Chris Brown will all once again be missing through injury.

Peterborough will once again be without striker Lee Tomlin who suffered an ankle injury in last weekend`s game at West Ham.

With Tomlin out, Peterborough are considering whether to recall David Ball from his loan spell at Rochdale to fill the gap left.

Gabby Zakuani continues to play through the pain barrier.

The defender needs pain killing injections before every game due to a broken toe.

Saunders as actually got a selection headache with Sharp pushing for a start and Mason and Lalkovic also pushing for a place in the side. Been a very long while since they have been able to say that.

No need to rush Sahrp back in today,. anther appearance from the bench and then with the international break he's got a bit of time to get fully fit.
