DRFC Blackpool v Doncaster Form Guide

Blackpool and Doncaster Rovers both go into their game at Bloomfield Road on Tuesday night on the back of heavy defeats.

Blackpool

The tangerines go into the game on the back of a 4-0 defeat at West Ham United at the weekend.

At home, they have won three, drawn one and lost one of their five games so far this season.

Last time out at home they beat Bristol City 5-0.

There have been thirteen goals in the five games so far this season at Blackpool with the home side netting ten of them.

Derby County are the only side to win at Blackpool, winning 1-0 back in August.

They are currently in thirteenth place in the championship, with sixteen points from eleven games.

Doncaster
New Doncaster boss Dean Saunders saw his side suffer their first defeat in four games since his arrival, when they were beaten 3-0 at home by Leeds United on Friday night.

Away from home this season, they have won one and lost four.

Their only victory came in their last outing on their travels when they came from behind to win 2-1 at Peterborough United.

The win at Peterborough was the first away win for Doncaster in their last eleven games since winning at Derby County at the beginning of March.

So far this season on their travels there have been thirteen goals scored with Doncaster netting just three of them.

The Defeat on Friday saw Doncaster slip back into the bottom three in twenty-second place with eight points from eleven games.
