DRFC Watford v Doncaster Rovers Team News

Doncaster Rovers boss Dean Saunders has reported no fresh injury worries ahead of the trip to Watford on Saturday.

Saunders will have to do without Brian Stock who received his fifth yellow card of the season at Burnley on Boxing Day and he will serve a one-match suspension.

Pascal Chimbonda and Herold Goulon returned to the bench at Burnley and he will be pushing for a place in the starting line-up.

Midfielder Martin Woods is closing in on a return to first team football for the first time in almost twelve months.

Habib Bamogo, Mamadou Bagayoko and Damien Plessis who have all signed for Rovers will have to wait until the New Year to make their debuts.

Rovers still have a lengthy injury list with Carl Ikeme, Neil Sullivan, James Chambers, Tommy Spurr, John Oster, Shelton Martis, Richard Naylor and Chris Brown on the sidelines.

Watford Striker Chris Iwelumo will be pushing for a starting place after he returned on the bench against Cardiff City on Boxing Day following an illness.

They are still without long-term injured Martin Taylor and Stephen McGinn.

God to see Martin Woods closing in on a return.

Whats happened with the lad Diatta. Haven't even seen him on the bench yet. Could we be bringing in too many players?
