Ronnie Back In South Yorkshire

Ronnie Moore, who parted company with Oldham in the summer, brings Tranmere to Belle Vue on the back of one win and one defeat.

Tranmere lost to newly promoted Cheltenham on Tuesday night, but had beated Ronnies former team Oldham on the opening day.

Moore told Tranmere's official site that:

'...Doncaster is one of the hardest places to go.But I think they should be worried about us, rather than us about them.

Doncaster are a strong side, well disciplined and organised. They've spent a lot of money and got an experienced side. They move to a new stadium in December and the chairman is desperate for them to do well.'

Dave Penney has Sean McDaid and James O'Connor available after injury though he may stick with the squad that beat Crewe 3-1 on Tuesday.
