DRFC Doncaster v Notts County Head To Head

Vital Doncaster looks at the head-to-head record between Doncaster Rovers and Notts County in cup competitions over the years, ahead of their FA Cup clash on Saturday.

The two clubs have met twelve times in all cup competitions with Rovers winning seven games to County`s four and one being drawn.

This will be the third time they have met in cup competitions since 2008.

They met in the first round of the Carling Cup at Meadow Lane in both 2008 and 2009.

When they met in 2008, a Myles Weston goal in extra time won the game for County.

Twelve months later a solitary James Coppinger goal was enough to win the tie for Rovers.

When the two sides last met in the FA Cup, Doncaster won 1-0 at Belle Vue in a First round tie thanks to a Kevin Noteman goal during the 1989/90 season.

In the FA Cup, Doncaster have won three, County one and one draw.

In all competitions at Doncaster, the two sides have met on 24 previous occasions, with Doncaster winning 12, County 8 and 4 have been drawn.
