DRFC Doncaster v Derby Team News

Doncaster Rovers manager Dean Saunders could be boosted by the return to the squad of both George Friend and Shelton Martis for their home clash with Derby County on Saturday.

Martis was forced to miss the midweek draw with Reading after picking up a groin injury at West Ham last weekend.

Fellow defender Friend hasn`t featured since January after suffering a knee ligament injury but he has returned to training this week.

Rovers will once again be without Neil Sullivan, Brian Stock and Martin Woods through injury.

Derby will be without Shaun Barker after the defender was stretchered off with a knee injury in their midweek win over Nottingham Forest.

Paul Brayford, Conor Doyle and Jamie Ward are all on the sidelines for the rams through injury.

Hopefully Martis will be fit. Done well since he came back into the side.

I often feel sorry for Sam Hird, never seems to do anything wrong but is usually the one to miss out.
