DRFC Doncaster v Ipswich Match Officials

Scott Mathieson will be the man in charge of Doncaster Rovers final championship game of the season against Ipswich Town at the Keepmoat Stadium on Saturday.

The Cheshire official has taken charge of 39 games this season showing 99 yellow cards and 3 reds.

This will be the second time he has taken charge of a game at the Keepmoat this season having taken charge of the 1-0 defeat to West Ham in August.

He has also taken charge of Ipswich on one occasion this season when they drew 0-0 at Middlesbrough in September.

For me he is one of the best in the Football League. I actually used to really dislike him. I remember him sending off Hume in the first five minutes of an FA Cup clash at Rushden in the late 90's.
