DRFC Youngsters sign professional contracts

Doncaster Rovers youngsters Jordan Ball and Paddy Mullen have signed their first professional contracts with the club.

The duo have come through the successful youth set up at the Keepmoat managed by Paul Wilson.

Mullen and Ball follow Liam Wakefield, Andrew McCormick and James Husband in signing their first professional deals at the club.

The youth team won the Football League Youth Alliance Cup after a 4-0 win at Exeter City in May, with both Ball and Mullen playing in the final.

Striker Ball scored twice in the final at Exeter to take his tally for the season to 19.

Mullen was part of the Rovers midfield at Exeter and the pair were part of the side that narrowly lost to eventual FA Youth cup winners Chelsea 2-1.
