'If It's Football, It's Vital'

DRFC Maxted joins

Jonathan Maxted is the latest from the successful youth team last season to sign their first professional contract for Doncaster Rovers.

Maxted was part of Paul Stanicliffe`s side that won the Football League Youth Alliance Cup after a 4-0 win at Exeter City in May

The young goalkeeper joins Paddy Mullen, Jordan Ball, Liam Wakefield, Andrew McCormick and James Husband in signing their first professional deals at the club.

Maxted gained some experience of first team football last season when he was an unused substitute on seven occasions.
