DRFC Defender signs for Poppies

Doncaster Rovers defender Oscar Radford has signed for non-league side Kettering Town.

Radford spent last season at the Keepmoat but failed to make the breakthrough into the first team.

The youngster was released from his contract at the end of last season.

The 19-year-old spent three months on loan at Matlock Town last season where he was a regular before a hamstring injury ended his loan spell.

We never really got to see what he could or could not do. I wish him well at Kettering.

Reading his twitter page he seemed popular around the place. He got good comments from Matlock last season. I hope he does well.
