DRFC Paynter to brush aside Hull?

Doncaster Rovers are not fancied to pull off a cup shock when they meet Hull City in the Capital One League cup this evening at the Keepmoat Stadium.

SkyBET have Rovers at 15/8 whilst Hull are 11/8 to progress to the third round and it is 12/5 to finish level at the end of 90 minutes.

Billy Paynter is still waiting for his first goal in Rovers colours and he is 13/2 to open the scoring.

James Coppinger is being linked with a move to Hull before the transfer window closes on Friday and he is 9/1 to score first.

Summer signing Nick Proschwitz is 11/2 to score the opening goal for Hull.

To progress into the third round in extra time or penalties, Rovers are evens whilst Hull are 8/11.

I know it`s an old cliche` but beating Hull tonight really is secondary, a full, fit, team playing well in the League has got to be the priority. I don`t want Copps to go but if he has to, then I will be glad when it`s all settled.
