'If It's Football, It's Vital'

DRFC Hartlepool v Doncaster Team News

Doncaster Rovers boss Dean Saunders will once again be without Iain Hume for the trip to Hartlepool United on Saturday.

The striker will once again be away with Canada on international duty.

Defender Jamie McCombe is out until around Christmas with back and thigh injuries.

Saunders will be hoping to welcome back fellow defenders Shelton Martis and Paul Quinn after they missed the midweek Johnstone`s Paint Trophy win over Chesterfield.

Youngster Jordan Ball scored with his first touch in professional football against Chesterfield and could keep his place in the squad.

Hartlepool could welcome back veteran striker Steve Howard. Howard sat out their Johnstone`s Paint Trophy clash with Bradford in midweek. Paul Murray and Antony Sweeney (substitute) were rested for the game in midweek and both could return to the side.

Andy Monkhouse is still on the sidelines with a long-term injury he picked up against Crewe Alexandra last weekend.
