DRFC Rovers through in Youth Cup

Doncaster Rovers booked their place in the second round of the FA Youth Cup with a 1-0 victory over Morecambe.

Rovers won 1-0 thanks to a goal on ten minutes from Josh Meade.

Rovers will now face Gateshead at home in the second round after they defeated Preston North End 4-1 on penalties after the game had finished 1-1.

The second round tie is scheduled to take place on Saturday November 17th.

There are a lot of good yongsters coming through the youth system at the club in recent seasons.
