O'Driscoll Brings O'Kelly With Him

As we exclusively revealed yesterday Sean O'Driscoll was confirmed today as the new Donny boss.

O'Driscoll brings Richard O'Kelly with him as first team coach, with Mickey Walker back in as Assistant Manager.

John Ryan believes O'Driscoll is the man for the job as he is used to working with a shoe string budget. However, O'Driscoll has never got a team promoted from League One and lacks experience in the Championship.

He will not take charge until Monday, with the away trip to Huddersfield as his first game as manager.

The key phrase is 'shoe string budget'. So no money for new signings in January?

We dont know what will happen in the future. Lets not jump the gun. Mr Ryan as not been afraid to put his hand in his pocket before when needed. We may not need to go into the transfer market come the window. Lets give Sean a chance.

ROK (Richard O'Kelly) did a great job for us here at Dean Court. Good luck in the frozen north!
