He was working with a small squad on a vastly reduced budget this season. We were certainly going in the right direction. He is close with Willie McKay the agent so get ready for a lot of unknown French players moving to Molineux.

The way we are playing, he could well have been managing a Championship side next season. The way Wolves have been playing, he might be back in League One or out of a job next season.

A bit stunned by this - how are you all feeling at the Keepmoat? Who do you want to take over?

If O`Driscol had had a full squad, the defense and a captain as good as Rob Jones, he would never have been sacked in the first place. It mat be time for him to come back !
