DRFC Doncaster v Walsall head-to-head

Vital Doncaster Rovers looks at the head-to-head home record against Walsall over the years.

The two sides have met on 27 previous occasions at Doncaster, with the home side winning 14, Walsall 6 and 7 have been drawn.

The first ever meeting between the sides was in the 1923/24 season when Doncaster won 3-0.

Walsall had to wait until their twelfth visit to Doncaster in the 1970/71 season for their first victory when they won 2-1 at Belle Vue.

The visitors have won on five of their last ten visits to Doncaster including the only ever meeting at the Keepmoat in the 2007/08 season.

Doncaster let the lead slip twice, eventually losing 3-2.
