DRFC Husband a massive price for opener

Doncaster Rovers will be looking to stay at the top of League One this afternoon as inform Hartlepool United visit the Keepmoat Stadium.

Rovers went to the top of League One for the first time this season with their win at Shrewsbury Town in midweek. Rovers became the fifth club in the past fortnight to top the division and as yet, no club has managed to stay there for longer than one game, since Tranmere relinquished top spot.

Bookmakers Paddypower make Rovers 4/5 favourites to claim the three points and win for the first time at the Keepmoat in four games.

Hartlepool looked certainties for relegation at the turn of the year, as they were cast adrift at the foot of League One, but a run of five wins and two draws from their last seven games as lifted them to within six points of safety.

Hartlepool are 100/30 to claim the three points and it is 5/2 on a draw.

James Husband has netted twice in the last three games and it seems the bookmakers are still unaware that the youngster, who normally plays in defence, is playing in a more attacking position recently. Husband is 33/1 to score the first goal of the afternoon.

Kyle Bennett scored a dramatic late winner in midweek, his first goal since August and he is 9/1 for the first goal.

Hartlepool striker James Poole has netted three times in their seven match unbeaten run and he is 9/1 to score the opener today.

Jonathan Franks has netted in the last two games and he is 10/1 to score first.
