A Goal Would Be Nice
A Rovers player has now failed to score in the last 270 minutes of play. Rovers have scored one goal in this period thanks to a Gillingham player sticking the ball past his own 'keeper.
Rovers have only scored 7 league goals this season, with only bottom club Millwall having netted less. Five goals were from 'open play', one from the spot and the other was an own goal.
Donny have only scored first in one game, and that was against Bournemouth. Only Bruce Dyer has managed to a score a goal in the first half this season.
Rovers have fired more blanks then anyone else in the league. Five games have ended with Rovers not scoring a goal.
The team that played away at Rotherham only consisted of one player (Heffernan) that has scored more then 8 goals in a season.
We need goals or we are going to struggle.

we do need a 20 goal a season man, I would love to see chris Brown back at Belle Vue.

I agree, however give SOD some time if I recall correctly he as only been in charge for 2 games. Although we have not scored we have not conceeded either. Horlock as also been absent. I believe that when Horlock is back in the team we will start scoring as he sets up the plays.

SOD is not known for his attacking skills, Cherries were one of the lowest scoring clubs in the League last season.
