DRFC Injury list mounting for Rovers

Doncaster Rovers injury crisis worsened with influential skipper Rob Jones joining an increasing injury list at the Keepmoat.

Jones was forced off at half time in the defeat at MK Dons on Tuesday night with a calf and ankle problem and he looks set for a spell on the sidelines.

Midfielders Paul Keegan and David Syers have also recently joined the injury list.

Keegan looks set to miss the rest of the season after he tore his thigh muscle in the game at Shrewsbury last week whilst Syers, who had only just returned from injury, now looks set to be on the sidelines for up to three weeks with an ankle injury.

Fellow midfielder Martin Woods and strikers Chris Brown and Robbie Blake are still on the sidelines with long-term injuries.
