O'Driscoll The Next Arsene Wenger?

Speaking after Wednesday nights win against Derby, John Ryan said that Sean O'Driscoll can be the next Arsene Wenger. He believes that SOD is the most intelligent manager in the league and is a tactical genius.

The words followed Rovers dramatic win, where they threw away a 3-0 lead. Tired legs allowed Derby back in it and it was only penalties that saw Rovers through.

Ryan also sung the praises of midfielder Paul Green, believing he is back to his best and once again back in the £1m price bracket. In the past Ryan has said that former player Andy Watson would be Rovers first £1m player and last season slapped a high price tag on Sean Thornton who now struggles to get a place in the squad after under-performing for too long.

He also urged the Doncaster public to get behind Rovers again, after seeing attendances fall.

I really appreciate everything Ryans done for the club but I do wish at times he would keep his mouth shut, also am I the only one who thought Green was poor on Wednesday? I personally thought Mcdaid and stock played excellent in midfield.

Rovers may not be around now but for Mr Ryan but he does make Rovers look silly with some of his comments. Possibly taken out of context but he must be careful when dealind with the media. We would find out their value if he put them up for sale. We do not have to sell them.
