DRFC Rovers duo in PFA Team of the Year

Doncaster Rovers duo Rob Jones and David Cotterill have both been included in the PFA League One Team of the Year.

The duo helped Rovers clinch the League One title at Brentford on Saturday and they have both played a pivotal part this season in the clubs success.

Jones has been an inspirational captain since arriving from Sheffield Wednesday last summer and his wholehearted performances and leadership have been key to Rovers success. The defender has also chipped in with a very creditable eight goals this season.

Cotterill has been directly involved in almost half of Rovers 62 League One goals this season.

The midfielder netted ten times for the club and he was a clear leader in the Football League for assists to goals with twenty assists in League One.
