DRFC Would you welcome a Saunders return?

DRFC Would you welcome a Saunders return?

Doncaster Rovers are looking for a new manager and their former manager Dean Saunders is out of work, so would you welcome him back?

Saunders left the Keepmoat Stadium in January with the side joint top of League One to take over at championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Just five wins in his twenty games at Molineux saw Wolves relegated to League One, the same fate he suffered at Doncaster last season.

His poor run at Wolves saw him relieved of his duties today after just four months in charge of the midlands club.

Brian Flynn finished off the good work Saunders had started this season by leading Doncaster to the League One title and a return to the championship but he doesn`t wanted to be considered for the job long-term.

So how would you feel if the club offered Saunders an instant return into management and a return to the Keepmoat?

Would you welcome him back or do you feel Doncaster should stay clear on a manager who has walked out on them once before?

Yes, Dean did well but if he started the season really well, would he walk again, if tempted by a "Big" club?

I think we will always be a feeder club for so called bigger clubs if we have a manager doing well.
