Bore Draw At Belle Vue

In a completely terrible and boring game, Rovers had one shot on target, a Brian Stock shot tipped over. Blackpool were no better with both sides running about clueless and lacking ideas.

Blackpool, to their credit, had worked Rovers out and realised that by sticking men on the wings O'Connor and Roberts could not get forward.

O'Driscoll made changes to the team and formation late on, but to no avail, with the players looking unsure as to what system they were meant to be playing towards the end.

Thankfully it was a point. Blackpool so nearly snatched it at the end but the Seasider's man shot wide with only Budtz to beat.

Neither side deserved anything from the game, but Rovers fans are used to watching fast flowing attacking football at Belle Vue, not the negative and dull show put on today.

With Rovers yet to score a league goal under O'Driscoll, the manager must surely be looking at an all out attack on Tuesday to move Rovers up the table as they hang periously over the relegation zone, grateful that Rotherham started on minus ten or else it would be the Rovers in the drop zone.

we was told by a bournemouth fan when he took over they didn't play attacking football and they was the second lowest scoring team last season in league 1.

Due to work commitments a dont get to many matches. However I do listen to all games on Rovers World, (when listening to a commentary you hear the game through someone else's eyes) and they said how bad Rovers were and that was against a poor team in Blackpool. I think we missed McCammon or Dyer as target men.

It was very hard to watch. Not impressed with his after match comment, they he wanted to nick a goal - I thought we were the home side.
