Dickov confident about out of contract players
Doncaster Rovers boss Paul Dickov says he expects the four players out of contract at the Keepmoat to sign new deals.
Jon Maxted, Andy Griffin, Tommy Spurr and Liam Wakefield are all yet to sign new deals with Doncaster after coming to the end of their current deals at the end of June.
The quartet have all been training with Doncaster since the start of pre-season and Dickov says their deals will be sorted.
"I don`t foresee losing any of those lads, they`ll be sorted," Dickov told the Sheffield Star.
"They wouldn`t be training and playing games with us if that wasn`t the case."
Paul Keegan and Paul Quinn both signed new deals at Doncaster last week having also come to the end of their current deals with the club. They joined Kyle Bennett and Chris Brown in signing new deals this summer.
The only player Doncaster have so far lost this summer, who they wished to remain with the club was veteran goalkeeper Neil Sullivan who has taken up a coaching role with his former club Leeds United.
