DRFC Dickov - Poor decisions not going away

Doncaster Rovers boss Paul Dickov was again incensed as more decisions went against his side, this time in the crucial game at Millwall.

Abdoulaye Meite was shown a straight red card in the first half for an innocuous challenge with Millwall striker Stefan Maierhofer whilst not one but two penalty shouts from Rovers went against them, the second a clear foul on Chris Brown by Millwall goalkeeper David Forde.

Speaking to BBC Radio Sheffield, Dickov said, 'It's not (a red card). I didn't think it at the time, I've seen it numerous times. Ian Holloway for me hit the nail on the head at the time when he said it's debatable whether or not it was a yellow.

"To make a decision of that magnitude in a game like this, it was so wrong and it should not happen.

"We should have had a penalty in the first half for handball and then foul on Chris Brown is blatant.

"It is a sore subject for me. I don`t want it to look like I keep moaning about big decisions but they are just not going away."

Rovers have had a number of decisions go against them recently with a clear penalty waved away in the recent home game with Bolton and a foul on defender Gabriel Tamas going unnoticed in the lead up to the winner for Ipswich Town in their previous away game.
