DRFC Yeovil Town v Doncaster Rovers Team News

Doncaster Rovers boss Paul Dickov can pick from an almost fully fit squad for the season opener at Yeovil Town on Saturday.

Goalkeepers Jed Steer and Marko Marosi are battling for the number one jersey and Reece Wabara, Nathan Tyson, Curtis Main and Cedric Evina could all start after joining the club in the past few weeks.

Influential skipper Rob Jones could make his first start for the club since October after recovering from a neck injury. Fellow defender Jamie McCombe will not travel with the squad as he recovers from a recent setback with his long-term back injury.

Despite still being contracted to the club, Paul Quinn and Richie Wellens will not feature as they look for new clubs before the transfer window closes at the end of the month.

Former Rovers midfielder Simon Gillett could make his Yeovil debut after completing a deal with the Glovers on Thursday.

James Berrett, Duane Holmes, Artur Krysiak, AJ Leitch-Smith, Aaron Martin
Brendan Moloney, Ben Nugent, Ruben Palazuelos, Nathan Smith Jakub Sokolik and Chris Weale have all joined Yeovil in the summer and will be vying for a starting place in Gary Johnson`s side.
