'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Who was your Doncaster Rovers Man of the Match?

Doncaster Rovers made the perfect start to the season at Yeovil Town and Vital Doncaster wants to know your Rovers man of the match.

Jed Steer enjoyed a relatively trouble free debut in the Rovers goal with the defence on top of their game.

Reece Wabara and Cedric Evina both did well on debut and influential captain Rob Jones was back, playing his first competitive game in ten months. Jones looks like he could enjoy a successful partnership in the centre of defence with youngster Luke McCullough.

It was great for Harry Forrester to kick the season off with an opening day goal after a frustrating first season at the Keepmoat.

Dean Furman, James Coppinger and Paul Keegan all did well in midfield all will be a match for anyone in that department in this league.

The experienced Nathan Tyson and young striker Curtis Main could form a formidable partnership this season up front and there is the pace of Theo Robinson to worry opposition defenders, when given the chance. Main marked his debut with the opening goal and Robinson came off the bench to score a late goal to clinch a comprehensive 3-0 win.

So who was your man of the match?

Tough call with everyone putting in a good shift. I am delighted for Forrester and I think he could be brilliant in this division for Rovers. Fingers crossed, he keeps injury free.
