'If It's Football, It's Vital'

More Boring, Negative Football

It was clear to see why the O's are at the foot of the table, but what they lacked in skill and ability they made for in determination and desire. Rovers used to be a team full of desire and battle but alas the Sean O'Driscoll era has removed these qualities for the club.

O'Driscoll, or O'Dreadful as he is becoming known on the terraces was quoted as saying that he can take positives out of the game. They only positive, I can take from the game is not getting wet on the Town End Terrace. Orient have only won three times in the league, one of their rare victories was against Bournemouth when O'Driscoll was in charge of the Cherries. Maybe this was the positive, O'Driscoll was referring too.

Rovers lacked ideas, shape and cohesion throughout the majority of the game. It was clear that the players were told to defend and not attack against a team that have not won away from home this season.

Heffernan and Sean Thornton who both put in excellent performances at Hartlepool were dropped to the bench, in a bizarre tactical decision.

The game lacked excitement, not for the first time in the O'Driscoll era. The highlight of the day was when four local sides played a game of small-sided football during the interval. All those involved showed more attacking play then what the main event had to offer.

The home fans vented their frustration at the end with a chorus of boo's and chants of 'O'Driscoll Out' and 'What a load of Rubbish'.

O'Driscoll is quickly losing the support of the fans.

I don't think he's ever had the support of a lot of fans who were disappointed a big name manager didn't get it. Last week he was great after our fighting display at Bristol, just get of his back and give him time.

sad times when this happens.. but maybe it needs to in order to move forward.. it clearly is not working out and the fans will only get more louder with their unease....

if its any consolation guys, cherries are starting to remove the negativity from their game and started to show passion, cant think why !!!!

yeah he's not eactly doing the best at Doncaster... but as a Cherries fan, at least he's picking up some points. Bond hasn't picked up a single point at Bournemouth and the fans still aren't getting on his back really. Maybe you should show your manager a little more support
