Rotherham Go Goal Crazy

It might be a reserve team game, but its still embrassing when your local rivals beat you. Rotherham did not beat us, but totally destroyed us.

The Millers were two-up after 20 minutes. Coppinger then grabbed a brace before Hibbert scored for the Millers just before the break.

McDaid and Heffernan both scored for the Rovers in the second half but sadly the Millers added another four goals to their tally.

Rotherham 7 (SEVEN)

Rovers 4

Rovers: Warrington (1st team),Noble (youth team), Pacey (1st year pro), Hulme (on trial), L.Green (1st year pro), Griffith (1st team), Thornton (1st team), Mark Wilson(1st team squad), McDaid (1st team), Coppinger (1st team), Paul Heffernan (1st team).

Well done to Rotherham, but we had a very young defence out. Copps and Pacey both went off injuried.
