Poor Andy

Andy Warrington is suffering yet another injury setback.

Warrington joined Bury last month, in a bid to get match fit. Warrington made his Shakers debut in the FA Cup clash against Chester City. However in his second start he sustained a thigh strain in Bury's 2-1 midweek defeat to Walsall.

Warrington's last start for Rovers was against Manchester City in the League Cup over a year a go. Warrington suffered another injury blow in pre-season when he broke his ankle away at Gainsborough.

The Shakers have signed Blackpool's Lee Jones on a week-to-week emergency goalkeeping loan.

Its a shame Andy is suffering all these injuries. He is a loyal servant to the club. I hope to see Andy in a Rovers shirt in the very near future.
