Heffs Wants To Start

Paul Heffernan is wanting to return to the start eleven.

The Rovers striker said:

"The manager always says when he puts subs on that you have to make an impact, and I think we did that.

"It`s frustrating on the bench and you don`t want to be there. But it`s part of the job and you`ve got to get on with it.

"I`m looking to push for a place now, but the lads in the team have the shirts. It could be hard for the manager to leave them out."

its good to see the strikers all starting to play well and we have good competition now with Guy, Mccammon and Heffernan all on form.
