McCammon Is the First To Score

Super Mark McCammon speaks about scoring the first ever Doncaster Rovers goal at the new Keepmoat Stadium.

'It was a fanastic feeling to score the first ever goal at the new stadium because everyone had wanted to score first.

'The strikers had their noses put out of joint when defender Theo Streete scored the last goal at Belle Vue.

'We wanted to try and put the record straight today and we all scored, which was a bonus.'

Great goal. I thought McCammon was once again on top form.

It's great to see all of our strikers playing with composure and confidence. I remember earlier in the season when Heffernan had a great opportunity on the edge of the area and chose to pass to a midfielder in a worse position rather than having a crack. All three goals would have been "row Z'd" by less composed strikers.
