Blayney Leaves Doncaster

Alan Blayney has had his contract with Rovers cancelled by mutual consent.

Blayney joined Rovers a year a go from Southampton. Rovers paid 50,000 which is a club record amount spent on a goal keeper.

It was rumoured over a month a go that the 'keeper had fallen out with Sean O'Driscoll.

Blayney had 18 months left on his contract.

that was the first thing that crossed my mind regarding sullivan and also Leeds are trying to sign the wolves keeper.

He was fantastic when he was on loan with us (Brighton). Shame it hasn't worked out for him.

Leeds also looking at the Nice goalkeeper. When I saw that I hoped that it was a sign that we could get Sullivan.
