CHRIS MOYLES COMES TO THE KEEPMOAT
RADIO 1 BREAKFAST SHOW TO BE BROADCAST
LIVE FROM DONCASTER`S KEEPMOAT STADIUM
30 Jan 07
Radio 1`s breakfast show, which draws an average audience of 6.9 million listeners, is to be broadcast live from the Keepmoat Stadium, Doncaster on Friday 9th February 2007, 7am - 10am.
The Chris Moyles Show, featuring the 'main man` himself, along with the rest of the team, will be in town as part of 'Radio 1 Presents...Kaiser Chiefs'.
Commenting on the decision to base the show at the Keepmoat Stadium, Commercial Director, Jeremy Milnes said:
This is great news for the whole town and we`re really looking forward to welcoming Chris and the team.
"Already the Keepmoat Stadium`s been a huge success with excellent attendances at Rovers, Lakers and Belles games and many, many tickets being handed out free to local kids and community organisations for each game."
This major event, not only shows the reputation the team here have already built-up through their hard work, but will keep us and the town in the national spotlight. We know Chris is looking forward to seeing the stadium for himself and I`m sure he`ll also be excited to get out on the pitch and show why he should be snapped-up by his beloved Leeds!"
Ends.
