Darlo Sign Another Ex Rover

Darlington boss Dave Penney has added another former Doncaster player to his squad, with the deadline day signing of striker Greg Blundell.

Blundell was a fans favourite at Doncaster, after his goals propelled Rovers into League One.

He left Rovers to join Chester for a reported six figure fee in 2005 and has now joined the Quakers for an undisclosed fee.

DP never struck me as an old romantic. Someone should just buy him the promotion dvds, that would be a much cheaper way to bring back the old memories.

Maybe these ageing ex Rovers players keep reminding Penney that they still have the negatives!!!
