Doncaster Rovers v Scunthorpe United FA Cup Team News

Doncaster Rovers boss Darren Ferguson is expected to recall a number of players who were rested in midweek.

Ferguson made wholesale changes for the Checkatrade Trophy clash at Rochdale in midweek but he is expected to revert to most of the side that featured against MK Dons last weekend.

Alfie Beestin, Liam Mandeville, Ben Whiteman and Niall Mason are all pushing for a start after impressing in the past week.

Ross Etheridge, Danny Andrew, Luke McCullough, Alfie May and Alex Kiwomya remain on the sidelines for Doncaster.

Scunthorpe will be without Jordan Clarke. The defender is struggling with a hamstring injury and manager Graham Alexander will not risk him.

Striker Simon Church could feature for Scunthorpe having returned to training this week.

Lee Novak is expected to miss out after missing the clash with Charlton last weekend through injury.

Sam Mantom, Luke Williams and Jonathon Margetts remain sidelined.
