The Doncaster gaffer on the cup final against Bristol Rovers.
'I would have liked to have picked the team yesterday. That would have settled everybody down and give me the chance to work with the 16 players more intensively.'
'But in order to give everybody the best possible chance of being fit I've left it a day or so. If I am in a position to pick the team today I will do, but more likely it will be tomorrow.'
'It depends how fit they feel. I don't want somebody who could last just ten minutes and then be forced to adjust the side and do something different. They are aware of that and they will come into the decision making process.'
'We've not done anything different in training this week and we've tried to keep things low key,' said a relaxed O'Driscoll.
'But there has been an excitement around the camp, and a bit of a buzz, and everyone is looking forward to the game as is the town.
'Obviously we are favourites going into the game and there is no point in saying that we are not. But we have still got to go there and perform.
'If we perform as well as we did in the two semi-final games and lose the game then that will either be down to an horrendous refereeing decision or the fact that Bristol have been the better team.'
'We have done our homework on them. We have had their last three games watched and I have seen them a couple of times in the last month, including Tuesday's game at Wycombe, where they won 1-0.
'They are really comfortable defending and they are not one of those sides who panic if they have to defend and that will stand them in good stead in the final.
'Maybe they are a side that we will have to break down which is something that we've tried to work this week in training.
'As well as being solid at the back they are also a threat going forward. Lewis Haldane is a threat with his pace on the wing.
'Stuart Nicholson has come in on loan from West Brom and he has scored a few goals and gives them a different option.'
