Saunders returns

Bury have cut short Ben Saunders loan deal. The young striker only played for 45 minutes in the Shakers first team. His only appearance for Bury was in the first half against Peterborough.

He also appeared for the Shakers reserve team against Oldham in the semi-final of the Lancashire Cup. Ben won the man of the match award and got himself on the score-sheet in that match.

With the injury crisis at Belle Vue, Saunders could find himself on the bench this weekend.
