Fozzie joins the Iron
Steve Foster has today joined Scunthorpe United on an 18 month contract.
Foster left Rovers by mutual consent last week, and could make his Scunthorpe debut against Rovers on Saturday.
Foster was part of the Rovers double promotion squad and made 22 appearances for the Rovers this season.
