New Doncaster Defender

Manchester City defender Matthew Mill has joined Doncaster Rovers on loan for 6 months.

The tall defender has previously played for Sean O'Driscoll at Bournemouth, and will already know some of the players now playing for Rovers.

Mills is suspended for the trip to Hartlepool, but could feature in the home fixture against the Cherries.

The young defender is highly rated by O'Driscoll and will put pressure on Lockwood, Greer and S. Roberts for a starting place.

It looks like they have already agreed a fee in the region of 250.000 at the end of the loan period.
