Brevett to return?

Plymouth Argle have allowed Rufus Brevett to talk to Rovers.

Argyle boss Tony Pulis said: 'Rufus has been given our permission to hold talks with Doncaster.'

Rupus (his proper name) Brevett, is now 36. He left Rovers to join QPR for £275k (a club record), before moving on to Fulham and West Ham. He has made 12 starts and one substitute appearance for Argyle this season but has not featured since the 1-1 draw at QPR in October. Rufus, only joined Plymouth at the start of the season on a one-year deal.

Rufus was a member of the Rovers youth team that lost in the FA Youth Cup final to Arsenal.
