DRFC - Rovers beaten by the Royals
Doncaster made one change to the side that lost against Birmingham at the weekend, Adam Lockwood replaced Sam Hird in the centre of defence.
Loan signing Dave Kitson gave Reading all three points with just under ten minutes remaining with the only goal of the game.
