DRFC - Crucial win for Rovers

Doncaster travelled to Ipswich still searching for a win that would almost guarantee their safety in the Championship.

The sides went in level at half time, Gareth Roberts gave Doncaster the lead after nine minutes when his cross/shot went over Wright in the Ipswich goal.

Ipswich were soon level through Owen Garvan, his guided shot from just outside the box beat Sullivan in the Rovers goal.

Rovers surely secured survival in the Championship with second half goals from Paul Heffernan and James Hayter.

Rovers are now nine points clear of Norwich in the final relegation place with only four games remaining.
