Ipswich Town 2 - Doncaster Rovers 3

Attendance:

El-Hadj some of that

Doncaster Rovers earned their first win in six games with a 3-2 win at Ipswich Town.

Doncaster looked like they were coasting to three points when they led 3-0 at the break.

Two goals from El Hadji Diouf and one from Billy Sharp put Doncaster in the ascendancy.

Substitute Josh Carson pulled a goal back for Ipswich early in the second half and Michael Chopra set up a grandstand finish with a second deep into stoppage time.

Doncaster were not to be denied and referee Simon Hooper brought the game to a finish shortly afterwards.

The win does not take Doncaster off the bottom of the table, although they are now level on points with Coventry City going into the international break.

Doncaster return to action in a fortnight`s time, with a South Yorkshire derby at Barnsley.
