Doncaster Rovers slipped to another defeat as Barnsley dominated at Oakwell in the South Yorkshire derby.

Carl Ikeme made his debut for Doncaster in goal and he was much the busier keeper as Barnsley controlled the game from start to finish.

Barnsley won thanks to two goals from Craig Davies, one in each half.

Doncaster`s afternoon was compounded when Adam Lockwood was shown a straight red card in the second half in his first appearance of the season.
