Doncaster Rovers 0 - Bournemouth 1

Keepmoat

10/11/12 3pm

Attendance: 5951

No home comforts for Rovers

Doncaster Rovers went down to their second home defeat in the space of five days with Bournemouth leaving the Keepmoat Stadium with a 1-0 win.

Harry Arter scored the only goal of the game for Bournemouth on 38 minutes when he beat Gary Woods from the edge of the area with a low shot that went in off the post.

Rovers rarely threatened former England goalkeeper David James in the Bournemouth goal, although they had strong claims for a penalty waved away when David Syers looked like he had been pushed in the penalty area.

The defeat for Rovers sees them drop to ninth in League One.
