Doncaster Rovers continued their relentless push for promotion with a 4-1 win at bottom of the table Leyton Orient.

John Marquis continued his fantastic form this season with two goals, his 22nd and 23rd of the season. Tommy Rowe and Mathieu Baudry, against his former club, completed the rout for Doncaster.

Rowe fired Doncaster ahead on 36 minutes with a low shot from the edge of the area.

Leyton Orient hit back before the break when Tom Parkes got in behind the Doncaster defence to fire home.

Doncaster went ahead for a second time ten minutes into the second half when Marquis pounced on a loose Crossfield pass to fire home from the edge of the area, he scored his second, and Doncaster`s third with eight minutes remaining when Gary McSheffrey teed him up.

Baudry scored the best goal of the afternoon with four minutes remaining when he volleyed home from the edge of the area.

The win for Doncaster moves them 17 points clear of the play-off places with just eight games remaining.
