The stats don't lie apart from the possession!! Rovers were by far the better side.

Well played to Doncaster. Some excellent football. The difference last night was the quality of the defenders on show. MON got away with resting seven of what will be his starting XI on Saturday, but Doncaster certainly played some great stuff and looked far too good to be in a relegation battle. I always felt Villa were comfortable though because of their impressive defenders, and if necessary could have 'stepped up a gear'. Best of luck to Rovers for the rest of the season.

Cheers mate, I wouldn't have put it down to quality of defending but more to the quality of the finishing. Its been our problem all season and we wasted quite a few really good chances.
